Holiday Shopping Information: All orders placed before Noon CST December 15th will arrive before Christmas Eve. Any orders placed after December 15th cannot be guaranteed by Christmas.

Production
Every item in our shop is handcrafted in St. Louis, MO. All orders for “ready to ship” items should expect a 3-5 business day lead time for packing and processing. If you have any questions regarding the status of any order placed, please use the contact form below, and please include your order number and any important information (like a change of address or specific date you need your order by) and we will do our best to accommodate.
 
Purchase Policy
  • Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, personal checks and money orders.
  • Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 10 days of the original ship date. For items we receive after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNUSED condition. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post transactions. Sales on clearance and discounted items are FINAL.
  • Defects and Damages: If there are any damages to your item(s) please accept our apologies & email us immediately using the form below so we can make it right!
Shipping Policy
As our products are handmade, please allow up to 3-5 days for shipping. Most items, however, will ship sooner.
Shipping Details
We currently only ship within the US.
We ship via USPS priority mail for most orders (tracking, within the US). You may request expedited shipping during checkout. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 10 days of shipment and we will replace the lost item (with proof of non-delivery) or issue store credit for the damaged item (after it is returned to us – buyer is responsible for shipping but will be credited once the item is received.)
