Hotel Costes Hemp & Coconut Wax Candle 8oz

The exclusive, over-the-top Hotel Costes is located in the heart of Paris, and their house perfume -- in its deep red bottle with chunky glass stopper -- became an immediate cult classic upon its introduction in 2004. This  blend opens with spicy green top notes of natural cypress, basil, cardamom, lemon, nutmeg, black pepper, and cinnamon oil. The top notes give way to a spicy floral middle of rose and jasmine along with essential oils of lavender and clove bud. The bottom notes of this fragrance -- which create an amazing accord that lasts and lasts -- consist of essential oils of sandalwood, cedarwood, and patchouli, sweetened with a bit of musk.

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS: Allow the candle to burn until the wax is completely melted across the top so that the wax doesn’t tunnel. Do not extinguish the candle with the lid, blow it out! Trim charred portion of the wick before re-lighting. Your flame should be strong but still, not higher than an inch or "lapping"! Keep away from pets, children, drafts, curtains and other flammable objects and surfaces. Never, ever leave a burning candle unattended!

PRODUCTION UPDATE: We have moved up to a larger wick size in this candle to ensure a steadier burn. It is highly recommended to trim the wick to about 1/8" every time before burning. This can be done with a wick trimmer or nail clippers.
